How to factory reset Verroo device

How to factory reset a Verroo device (Smart strike or controller)

Video tutorial below. Written instructions as follows:

Step 1. Open the Verroo app and click on the 'Menu" icon located to the top left hand side. 
Step 2. Click on factory reset. 
Step 3. Click yes to proceed. 
Step 4. Scan the QR code, this unique product QR code is located on the quick start guide shipped with the product. It is also located on the product:

For the 3800, 3900 and 3950 Smart strikes.
For the Universal controller it is located under the casing cover. 
For the 570V it is located under the battery cover. 

Step 5. After scanning the code you will be prompted to replace and re-add power. If you have a 12V + Battery product, you must remove both power sources. 

Your device will now be set back to factory default - ready to set up again with new users.
