How to change battery in 3900 or 3950 Smart Strike

You will need 1 x CR2 Battery (900mAh recomended) and a small Phillips screw driver. 

Open the door and remove the 2 x small Phillips screws that secures the battery cover faceplate (per image below) 

Pull out the old battery and place in the new, ensuring the positive end of the battery is orientated correctly (positive towards the center of the Smart Strike). 

Replace the small seal, then replace the steel cover. Please check operation before closing the door.
