How to set up a new Smart Strike, Smart Lock or Controller

First download the current Verroo App from Google Play or Apple App Store. 

After installation, you will be prompted for an action - Choose 'Set up new device' 

If you have skipped this, you can go to 'Add +' on the home screen, then select 'Set up a new device' 

Next scan the QR code of the device. This is typically located on the instruction sheet packaged with the device, otherwise:

3900, 3950 and 3800 Smart Strikes, the QR code is located on the back of the unit. 

570V Mortice Smart-Core, the QR code is located under the battery cover. 

1000UC, Universal controller the QR code is located under the product lid. 

You will then be prompted to pull and replace the battery and where connect, the 12V power (12VDC models only). 

On enrollment you will be registered in the device as an owner.

It is highly recommended to now send an owner eKey to a trusted person so they can restore you in the case you loose or update your phone or wipe the app.
