How to factory reset an XKey lock/Strike
Remove the smart strike from the wall, and use a paper clip or similar to depress the micro switch in the back of the unit for 10 seconds.
This will factory reset the strike after which it can be re-paired or paired to a new owner.

Do I need internet for XKey to work?
You need internet to recieve an eKey and to set up your account. You do not however need the internet to activate a door / gate using XKey. This is done using bluetooth technology locally between the phone and the Verroo device.
