Where is the data stored?

The device (lock or controller) itself has secured memory that stores the users and eKeys. Verroo is an offline system, that only uses the internet or phone network to transmit eKeys.

Using the phone to phone scanning feature, you can also share eKey's completely offline. Either way, no data is stored in the cloud!

If the internet goes down, you can connect directly to the lock or controller as this is done locally via Bluetooth low energy.

When an owner pairs to the new lock, they are automatically registered as the Owner and can invite Admins and Normal users.

As new users registered to the lock, the lock database updates with the new users. The lock also stores 1000 rolling events of user and other history.
