How to delete an expired eKey
You will not be able to enroll to a device (lock/controller) that you are already enrolled to - until you delete the expired eKey that is already in your list.
To delete a current eKey:
1. On the home page (Device list) Click on the devices cog icon. If you having issues opening up the page, move away from the device until the listing turns gray.
2. Down the bottom left of the devices home page (per screen shot below), click on 'My eKey'
3. At the bottom of the eKey page, click 'Delete device' - you will be asked to confirm the deletion
4. You will now be free to regsiter your new eKey!
